Presently we accepting the payments through Net banking, UPI, PayTm, Google Pay, PhonePe, all through Instamojo Payment gateway at our website.

We ship the orders through our shipping partner, ShipRocket and their partner companies. 

Normally we dispatch the orders within 12 to 24 working hours. Sunday is non-working. It generally takes 3 to 8 days in delivering the couriers at your destination.

You may track the shipping status after it is picked up from our warehouse, generally after 12 to 24 hours of ordering. The tracking link is available on the top of the home page as well as it is sent through SMS after the receipt of order.

The courier boy delivers the pack at your registered delivery address. As per our experience, some times some one else receives the pack in your absence. It is also seen that it was delivered to the adjoining address. I such a case you take a photo of the products received and invoice and send it to customer care WhatsApp 9810656393. Make sure you received sealed parcel.

COD facility costs much, the service charges by the shipping company which is somewhere more than 50/- per courier makes the product costlier. Also the unaccepted COD deliveries also cost and every cost is added to the price of the product. Our commitment to sell the best quality at lowest prices is possible only without COD expenses. Moreover, TsMadaan being a known personality for a majority of prospects, the issue of non-belief is not there.

You will get the discounts on checkout page. All rates are inclusive of GST. Please fill the GSTIN and your company / firm name while ordering in order to get Tax Invoice.

If your payment is debited from your bank and you did not receive the confirmation from us, in such a case wait for the confirmation mail to arrive as sometimes it takes upto 12 working hours.
