In 1991, he left his position of Development Officer and started serving LIC Agents and Development Officers as a Freelance Freelance Motivational Speaker. He has delivered his Motivational Seminars in almost all the divisions of Life Insurance Corporation of India, orgainsed by LIC management and NFIFWI. His specialised subjects are Selling Skills, Customer Relations, Positive Selling Attitudes, Prospecting, Closing Sales etc.
Born on 14 November, 1958 in a highly educated family, a regular blood donor (36 times till now), an actor, a painter and a singer, he is extremely popular amongst LIC Agents and Development Officers.
T S Madaan has been awarded with President of India Medal from Rashtrapati Sh.V.V.Giri, Udyog Rattan from IES, Certificate of Excellence in Management and Innovation and a number of other prestigious awards by Govt. and non Govt. bodies.
