Insurance sector is growing very fast. So is the growing job opportunities in Insurance industry. Insurance sector include Car Insurance Life Insurance Health Insurance, Home Insurance, and Dental Insurance. Insurance sector employ a very large number of personals. This became an opportunity for trainers, coach and motivational addresss like T.S.Madaan, popularly called T.S. He started his career as a Development Officer with Life Insurance Corporation of India, Amritsar, Punjab, India branch. In LIC of India, TS created records in business procurement and recruitment of agents. After serving L.I.C. of India, TS started training insurance people may be in sales department or administration or management. The Jalandhar division of Life Insurance Corporation hired him for all its 19 branches spread over Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur, Nawansheher, Banga, Garhshanker, Phagwara, Nakodar, Sultanpur Lodhi and Kartarpur. TS trained their development officers and their agents for insurance marketing and policy holder servicing.
In his testimonial, S.R.Bhatacharjee, Sr. Div. Manager, Life Insurance Corporation Of India, Jalandhar Division writes, “The trainings conducted by T.S. (Madaan) were highly effective and created a remarkable improvement in hundreds of development officers and agents in all the 19 branches of Jalandhar Division”.
TS was also assigned to conduct a seminar for Administrative Officers and Asisstant Administrative Officers under the leadership of then Senior Divisional Manager, Sh. Janak Raj, Sekhon Grand Hotel, Jalandhar.
TS also conducted a Motivational and Educational Seminar at Karnal Division of LIC of India under the able leadership of Sh. Vijay Kumar, then Senior Divisional Manager.
After the opening of this sector to private players, TS conducted one such motivational program at Gurgaon for the Agency Managers and Finance Advisors of Birla Sun life Insurance. Seeing the best results, one more insurance company HDFC Standard Life also assigned one similar Motivational program for its Financial Consultants and Team Managers.
These were followed by more such programs. Magic of thinking big – was a topic of one seminar at MDRT achievers conference of Birla Sun Life Insurance at Greater Noida. This was chaired by Sh. Rahul Mathur, Marketing Head for Utranchal and Uttar Pradesh. along with Sh. Sumit Bhatnagar, Branch Head. Sh. Munish Batra, Marketing Manager coordinated this seminar. The beauty of seminar was the presence of Sh. Nani Zaveri, CEO of Birla Sun Life Insurance.
Dehradun, the capital of Utranchal, greeted TS when he conducted a similar program, Magic of thinking big, for Gold club members and achievers of Birla Sun Life Insurance.

Birla Sun Life Insurance Company is getting full benefits from the experience and skills of T.S. by way of organizing more and more seminars and workshops. TS conducted one such seminar for top agency managers of BSLI Delhi and NCR region at Hotel Connaught, Connaught Place, New Delhi and a simmilar seminar for top agency managers of Punjab State in a hotel at Jalandhar. The participants were from all BSLI branches of Punjab viz. Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Bhatinda, and Chandigarh UT. The topic of seminar was Team Building.
The Silver Club and Bronze Club members of BSLI attended motivational seminars of TS at Delhi and Jalandhar along with their Branch Heads, Branch Managers and Marketing Managers. The programs were chaired by Sh. Madhukar Nath, Regional Head, Delhi NCR and co-chaired by Sh. Sumit Bhatnagar, State Head, Punjab State.
TS has conducted branch level training programs for Advisors of Birla Sun Life Insurance Co at Ludhiana, Chandigarh, New Delhi C.P., Amritsar, Jalandhar, Gurgaon, and Ghaziabad.
Bajaj Allianze Life Insurance Sales Managers have also been given a capsule training workshop named "Beyond Business But Business" at their branch office Janak Puri, New Delhi under the leadership of Mr. Deepak Relia, Associate Vice President, Bajaj Allianze Life Insurance Company Limited.
