Bank in India is an integral part of our life. Even before the formation of Pakistan, pre partition era, people used to run private banks. Lending money and borrowing money were the only objectives of these unorganized banks. At the time of british rule, banks in the organized sector started operations. Then Government of India felt the need of nationalizing this sector, as there was no security of people investments. A regulating body Reserve Bank Of India started making regulations and supervising their operations. A large number of private banks were nationalized. A person getting job in a bank started thinking of not executing his duty properly. Going to bank to open an account or for any other purpose was a tense proposition for majority of us. There was no human touch at all. There was no accountability of bank employees.

Then came the globalization era. The sector was opened to private players. Forign banks entered India and Indian banks faced some heat of competition. The large number of employees in these banks were not trained in soft skills viz. communication, human relation, customer service etc. Private Banks started training their employees in human skills and people skills. And thus trainers and motivators and motivational speakers like TS were engaged for coaching their employees.

TS started its programs and seminars with Punjab National Bank or PNB. The first program was hed at Hotel Dolphin. Jalandhar under the chairmanship of Sh. Ved Vyas, then regional manager, Jalandhar Region. About 80 managers attended this seminar on personality development and appreciated TS. Pinky, TSMadaan’s wife also addressed the audience on the subject of memory improvement and mind power. After this there was no looking back.

The Zonal Training Centre, ZTC of Punjab National Bank started engaging TS for its staff at different locations ans well as at its training centre at Ludhiana.

Oriental Bank of Commerce was given several programs at its staff college in Sector 62, Noida. Scale 3 managers and scale 2 managers were given Stress Management Session which was highly liked by the participants. A special session for their loan officers was held on life skills.

Bank of India Staff Training college at sector 62, Noida also made best use of his style and skill. TS conducted training sessions on the subjects of Stress Management, Team Building and Communication Skills for their managers, officers and clerical staff. Special sessions for recovery agents training is also conducted.
