A humble note: Almighty gave me a chance to conduct three workshops for Amils from Dawoodi Bohras Community from all over the world. The It is their greatness to accept a trainer from another religion. I salute such a great community. The Amils, who themselve keep a very high and respectable position in the society, do not need any training. Yet they are open to learning from a small trainer like me. The workshop was a day long from 9 am to 5.25 pm. It mainly covered Interpersonal relations, Communication skills, Anger Management, Grief Management, Joy Management, Fear Management etc. The stress was on astonishing power of emotions when rightly used. Learning the ability, capacity, and skill to perceive, assess, and manage the emotions of your self, of others, and of groups. How to control emotions was given special emphasis. The workshops were held at Dargah-E-Hakimi at Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh. The participants were from all over world like Karachi, Islamabad, Paris, New York, South Africa, Nigeria, and from Mumbai, Surat, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Malegaon, Rajasthan, Hyderabad, Khandwa and other parts of country.
